17. Fabulous Grilled Shrimp
We have found our plate for shrimp. This is the one for grill'n. I will make this for the rest of my life. Wow. Was that just amazing. We took so many photos yet I can only post the best ones. Here they are. I used the BBQ grill outside and thinking about getting a stove grill for the kitchen.

16. Beef Stew Using Dutch Oven
Thanks mom for the Dutch Oven! So it was my moms idea of purchasing the Dutch Oven from QVC not mine. DaWife and I really appreciate as the first meal ever made was FUCKING BAD ASS. The meat was the shit! So soft and tender. Wow. I may get lucky again tonight. I was inspired by Parker's Beef Stew but used a little of this and a little of that. What ever looked good in the pot. Anyway. Here are the photos.

15. Oatmeal Cookies w/o Raisins
After looking in the cupboard for something new to make I saw Quaker Oats in the back. I dipped my fingers into the can for a little snack and discovered Oatmeal Recipe on the inside of the lid. Hmmm. Let's give it a try at 8 am in the morning. I was able to fit this in while making breakfast.

13. Salmon with Spinach on a bed of rice
So after all the unhealthy meals I have been cooking. I needed to switch gears and cook something healthy. For the last few days I have been making Salmon with Spinach and Rice.
Salmon (Bake for 25 minutes)
- Marinated with Olive Oil, Lemon, Juice Pepper and Garlic (of course).
Spinach (Boil for 1 minute)
- Salt, Butter
Rice (Microwave 25 minutes)
- Olive Oil
- Salt
12. American Apple Pie
Now I am growing some balls. I made my own pie crust. There is a first for everything. I am glad I did not follow the instructions for baking time. It says for 45 minutes and it ended up 2 hours of baking time. Damn Good. Da Wife loves another FATTENING dish. Ok, I have to start working out. I also spent another $100 at Bed Bath and Beyond to get a rolling pin, mixing bowls, flour sifter and a few other things. They are going to love me there.

11. Spinach and Pasta
This one is a good one. I made this one for DaWife's lunch. I had to keep kicking her out of the kitchen as she wanted to eat even after she had a plate.

10. Pumpkin Pie
A family favorite. A little too good. The edge is a little burned since I spilled some pumpkin mix when inserting into the oven. The rest of the pie was perfect. Just follow the video.

9. Black Friday Pie
This dish was made directly after Thanksgiving. Since we have so much turkey and mash potato left over, I decided to look for a recipe to do something with all this food. So, I found it. Black Friday Pie.
